1. What are the soft/hard limits on nofile & nproc?

I´ve set ulimit -n 20000. I didnt set the soft hard via limits.conf. I set in startup script of domino the line : ulimit -n 20000

2. Are any semaphore-timeouts occurring after you execute 'dbcache flush' while waiting for the Domino Console to become responsive? (i.e. requires notes.ini parameters 'debug_show_timeout=1' and/or 'debug_capture_timeout=1' to be enabled, requires restart to take-effect)

I´ve set this parameters, once when this happens, I´ve got a 0244 semaphore, but this never happen again. Now always I type dbcache flush my server dont accept any comands in console.

3. Are you able to execute Domino Console commands from another workstation's Lotus Administrator client while the issue is occurring?

The error occurs in other Admin Clients too. Evebody have to wait "console" backs to live.
